Welcome to Midiya Cloud. By using our services, you unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.

2.1. Registration: You must provide accurate and current information. Providing false info may result in account termination. 2.2. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (login, API keys). You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1. Server Management: The Dashboard allows you to deploy, manage, reboot, and destroy VPS instances. 3.2. SSH Access: We recommend using SSH keys for security. We do not manage the OS inside your server. 3.3. Firewall: Provided Firewall tools are assisting layers. Complete network security is the user's responsibility. 3.4. Snapshots vs Backups: Snapshots capture current state but are not permanent backups. You must maintain off-site backups for critical data.

4.1. Pre-payment: Services operate on a Pre-paid or Pay-as-you-go basis. Services may be suspended if balance is insufficient. 4.2. Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of proven technical billing errors. 4.3. Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices, though active subscriptions will honor old pricing until the end of the billing cycle.

Strictly prohibited activities resulting in immediate termination: - SPAM: Mass mailing or unsolicited email. - Attacks: DDoS, Botnets, Network scanning. - Mining: Cryptocurrency mining using shared CPU resources. - Illegal Content: Child exploitation material, terrorism, piracy. - Tor Exit Nodes: Running Tor exit nodes is prohibited.

Resources (CPU, I/O) are shared. Sustained high usage (e.g., 100% CPU for hours) that impacts other users may result in throttling or temporary suspension of the specific instance.

The AI Terminal Assistant is a Beta feature. Responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. You carry full responsibility for reviewing and executing any commands suggested by the AI.

Midiya Cloud is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
